A goal of our ministry is to partner with you, as parents, and to help your students develop a closer walk with God and personal ownership of their faith. We want to do our best to communicate with you about current and upcoming events, and any other important information about your child(ren). 

Below, you'll find our youth group calendars and permission/liability form. These can be downloaded, saved and/or printed. We encourage all parents to fill out and send in the waiver so that we can have your student's medical/insurance information on hand at all times.
