(Oklahoma City, OK) November 9, 2011 — “Raising Truly Great Kids®” is the theme of the free parenting conference on Friday, January 20, 2012, hosted by Metropolitan Baptist Church. Dr. Tim Kimmel, Executive Director of Family Matters, who is also a regular guest with Promise Keepers, Focus on the Family and Family Life, will be the keynote speaker for the three one-hour sessions.

Kimmel hosted his own nationally syndicated radio show and has been featured on radio and television programs such as “The 700 Club” and Fox News. He also has authored Raising Kids for True Greatness, Grace-Based Parenting, Basic Training for a Few Good Men, Surviving Life in the Fast Lane, among others.

This free parenting conference is open to the public and advance registration is not necessary. It will be held at Metropolitan Baptist Church, 7201 West Britton Road, Oklahoma City, on Friday, January 20, 2012, 6:30PM-9:30PM.
